A review of: The Final Vans Warped Tour Lineup!

A few weeks ago we posted some leaks we had gathered regarding bands that may be on the final Vans Warped Tour Lineup. Today we are back to discuss which leaks were true and which were, well, rumours.

The first leak came from a tweet by Kevin Lyman that was thought to have confirmed the following bands: A Day To Remember, Paramore, Knocked Loose and I Prevail. Knocked Loose is playing this summer, although only 4 dates.

The second leak came from a Hot Topic employee who mentioned that the following bands could be playing because they were on the first promotional CD for Warped Tour: The Devil Wears Prada, The Word Alive, Falling In Reverse, Less Than Jake, Rise Against, Stray From The Path, Beartooth and Memphis May Fire. Beartooth, Falling In Reverse, and Less Than Jake are all playing select dates this summer.

The Final leak came from Alternative Press who also mentioned that a close source of their's confirmed the following bands: Waterparks, The Maine and Mayday Parade (all on the main stage) and Paramore as a special guest in Nashville. All of these bands are playing except Paramore. Although, there are still special guests to be announced, so we cant rule them out just yet.

There was some backlash over the fact that Falling In Reverse, Makeout and With Confidence are on the lineup this year. Many people believe that Warped Tour should not have these bands on the lineup, because that means the bands actions are OK. We wont dive too much into it, although these bands have had allegations against them.

Overall, the lineup has some classic Warped Tour bands on the list, like 3 oh! 3, Mayday Parade, All Time Low, Beartooth, Black Veil Brides, Less Than Jake, Silverstein, Taking Back Sunday, Sum 41 Simple Plan and Underoath. The lineup also consists of many new and upcoming bands in the scene like movements, grayscale, as it is, sleep on it, Chase Atlantic, and knuckle puck.
